The staff were very nice and friendly.
I had to use a shared bath room which was fine, but it was rather far away from my bedroom.
Location, walking distance to tube and local shops pubs restaurants all very good. Jimmy Spices excellent value see their web for offers. free parking. Decent breakfast.
The room is small but the facilities are prefect. Excellent mattress. Breakfast is very good value for money.
The photos and description on the website were accurate. The hotel, rooms and breakfast area were very clean and were updated. Rooms were modest but all that was required. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Close to Wimbledon station. Easy access to city for sight seeing trips and concert - straight down the district line bedroom very clean and comfortable
I was quoted £93/ night when I rang to enquire about facilities on the phone. I told the person I spoke to that it was £122/night online which could not be changed and was informed that it would be changed at the hotel. This was not so. If the call was recorded, this will confirm the arrangement.
location good breakfast pleasant and characterful room helpful and friendly staff
room and breakfast are ok, location is good, only 5min walk from station and buses.staff very nice and helpful with directions. the room has all types of soaps, teas, etc, which is always nice.
the double bed only had acces from one side. it looks a bit like a religious hostel with the flowery paper in the walls. i think they should ask you if you want to be waken up for breakfast. they call everyone at 9am to ask if you are coming down, that woke us up, as we were planning to sleep 40 min more...
My wife and I stayed for two nights. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff, from arrival up to the last breakfast, was excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist on duty (at check-out) the second day spoiled it for all the other staff members, as she was not on the same level. The cleanliness of the whole hotel and bedding/towels and especially the bathroom, is a big positive and is a value add to the room rate. Good English breakfast and free / safe off-street parking included in the rate, are also winners, when one compares the package to other hotels and B&B's!! The location can also not be beaten. One can travel with public transport (trains and busses) very comfortably and all the shops and restuarants are very close by.
Only the attitude of the receptionist on the day we checked out. She also was not aware of the internet ((Booked.net) rates.
Very close to venue I attended, good breakfast and tidy room.
Proximity to venue I was attending and price of room was competitive.
I liked the well designed layout of my single room. It had enough space for luggage and storage along with desk with mirror and plenty of sockets for phone charger, computer etc. Free wifi was a nice touch too. Breakfast was a very high standard for the price range.
Unfortunately the ground floor window of my room opened into the nice outside seating area but inevitably this is used by smokers so creating some noise as well as preventing me getting some fresh air at times. Would stay again but only if I could choose a better room location
Clean, reasonably priced, good location re tube and rail - good value breakfast.
Friendly service. Quiet room. Has some holistic spiritualistic orientation. There are some special paintings in the breakfast room. Is an old house with lot of extentions and as a result a not very logical layout.
Very convenient for our purpose.
We found it rather noisy from several sources - underneath Heathrow flight path, road noise and internal comings and goings.
I enjoyed the location the most of this hotel. Being close to a tube and rail station as well as grocery store or fast food depending what you want is fantastic. Additionally, cannot beat the breakfast included in the already low price of this hotel.
Wake up calls for breakfast can be irritating.
Location was ideal for my needs both near to station and on bus route. Room was a good size for London.
Breakfast extra at £5 a time but limited choice on cereals and juices
